The major goods produced and/or processed to earn a living  include, the following ;


Barley:
Mainly used in  fodder production,   it is used to keep poultry and barn flocks fed and intact. Barley is also used in the making of local dishes, led, particularly, by the yarma soup. From time to time,  the excess is sold to make up for the household balances…


Wheat:
is  grown for use in flour production , and used to complement the taste of pilafs made with bulgur rice…


Kurul`( vetch ):
As it is of common practice to let the farmlands to lie fallow for a year based on the assumption that resting the soil would promote fertility during the then coming year,   vetch is often cultivated   to make use of this interval  and feed the bovine stocks. The surplus of production is sold to make contribution to the household budgets.  This product is known to be sold with ease as it has large marketability…


Rye:
A general purpose cultivator   , known to be used for the purpose of obtaining more hay than the normal, due to its excessive productivity…


P.S::  4 (four) major farming crops are mixed together to obtain fodders for  livestock breeding  and milk production  with increased throughput…
